4. 주문하신 상품이 파손되어 배달된 경우, 상품을 수령한 날로부터 20일내에

제품을 반송하신 후 교환신청 및 구매취소 신청을 하실 수 있으며,

반송된 제품 도착 확인되면 당일 교환발송 및 환불처리 해드립니다.

(단, 간혹 배송량이 월등하게 많거나 정기휴무일인 경우 익일 처리됩니다)



5. 고객께서 온라인 송금으로 결제하셨을 경우, 고객의 은행계좌로

송금하는 방법으로 환불하여 드립니다.
